      A bit disappointed with one of the lady staff here. I was inquiring about an issue and she was not helpful at all. When she saw someone who wanted to buy something, she became super helpful. Well I guess she was after more sales but that does not have to be. Sales or Customer service, she should be willing to help without choosing customers.

      I had issues from the start, the SIM card was not showing up on 4g or H+, the contacts list saved to SIM became corrupt and the online service was not good. Despite the issues the friendly customer service was perfect and they were will to fix the issues promptly which saved the day for me.

      Very helpful staff, they are very patient with going through all the plans and options for me when I needed a change. They also had good stock available so i didn't need to order in anything either - very fast service.
