Extremely helpful staff, great plans and a painless operation, was in and out with phones within 20mins

Quite a good store, they have a good amount of product in terms of phones and accessories. Staff seemed to have quite a lot of knowledge on all the plans and didn't need to refer to the computer too much which was really nice, they had a genuine interest in helping me

I have had service here which has left a lot to be desired. I have no problems walking in to any other spark store and getting a phone added to my contract but have been denied here. I went to another branch and was served, received what I wanted and had no problems what so ever. They need to work on their customer service at this store.
