      Bought a toaster and kettle online was very impressed with the quick service as the products had to be ordered in from the supplier. Would definitely shop with Smith City again.

      Went in to look at some laptops and was disappointed with range.
      Harvey Norman accross the road have much better range of computers available so I would not recommend this store for computers. The store itself is nice with good selection of TV's and furniture. Customer service is very good.

      Their friendly staff has very good knowledge of the products. It is very helpful for us to get our preferred item. They are not too pushy urgently when we need to make a decision anyway. Like to visit their shop and go shopping here.
