Although the entertainment market is becoming more competitive Sky have always put their customers first and really worked hard to look after them. Their sport is great and quality is better than many of its competitors.

Although the market is becoming a lot more competitive and changing with new technology I've been impressed with how Sky have tried to put customers first. From experience they have always been good to me.

I love all the channels especially the kids network but over the summer we've lost hours due to atmospheric conditions when its been clear and sunny and it takes ages to get someone out to fix
