Sky Tv

We recently joined their Sky Starter Pack for $25 per month and added the box for $15 to record and pause live TV.

We love the choice of channels and may upgrade to other channels at sometime. The customer service was quick and easy and we had the service and box installed within 3 days.

I've been with Sky for over a decade now as I like the sports package and my kids like the cartoons. I get sick of ads and of the repetitive nature of the content. The restructure of their packaging is good but 2 or 3 channels we want to keep are split between the two packages. You also don't have the option of downgrading your package online, only upgrading.

Great that sky tv brought down sports package to $55 a month instead of $80 a month but some people asking for a sports package only at $30 a month instead of having to buy the basic channels which they have to get to be able to see sports but never watch those channels so sky tv need to consider that option otherwise more people may leave or not join

Have unfortunately recently got rid of sky. Was just getting too expensive. Have changed to Netflix for a grand total of $15 a month. They were good to deal with and always polite just purely a cost issue

Have been with Sky TV for many years and enjoy many of the shows on offer, especially things like History, Crime and Sports related ones. Sky TV need to improve their online platform as overseas companies like RugbyPass and Netflix generally do a better job than what Sky is doing now - and for less money. If Sky can get things right no reason they can't get back to the top
