Worst I should get 2,900 because they say they will cut 900 something for their fee so I will get 2,900 they only send me 1,500 please people work hard for that money. God bless your souls

Worst tax refund company. I applied tax through them. They took ages. I called IRD department. They said tax has already been paid to tax agent. Then I called them and they said yes they have got it and then said they will deduct $240. I said it's too much. Then I said will you charge this amount if you send my money back to IRD department. They said yes because it's their processing fee. Then I said that send that money into my account. After few days they sent my money back to IRD department after deducting $240. Even I asked to send into my account. Then I had to apply tax directly from IRD department.
I would give 0 star ?? but there is no option for that.

Worst tax refund company ever, absolute criminals. Wouldn't deposit the money into my bank account despite getting it from IRD 6 weeks ago. Had to call two mobile numbers and a landline and no one would pick up despite it being in the middle of the day on a weekday. Had to send about 10 emails for anything to be done and them to finally deposit into my account (minus their massive cut of course). Not worth it, would've been easier to go through IRD and much less messing around. Don't recommend!
