This would easily be a 5/5 as customer service was good. However, because i was lied to and misled about the finance, owner has this as the rating. Beware!

I clearly asked if there were any extra costs to finance and she said no and that she was going to pay the interest for us- which upon enquiry with the company i found out the contract i had was interest free- i.e. no interest in the first place. There were costs that i wasn't told about like loan approval fees.

I would have gone back had i not been so blatantly lied to.

Lost a customer there! Don't get sweet talked into shit!
