The service is very friendly although they try to sell you something at all cost and that can be quite irritable. They have really good products, although prices are too high. I bought a product for hair loss and it worked but then it turn out that I needed to buy a different one after to continue with the treatment, and everything is above 300$, so it's quite a business. I recommend it but be very careful
