Yikes! My scooter broke down 8 days after an expensive service but I'm not taking it back to Scootling! They replaced parts that didn't need replacing (there wouldn't be anything wrong with the drive belt after 4000ks). The advertised $169 for a full service is misleading, that didn't include any standard parts (like oil) or any of the jobs they invented to keep themselves busy, inflating the cost to over $300. This "full service" didn't even include a carburetor clean, which they were going to charge another hundred or so for.

I have used them just few times. Good service and great staff to deal with for anything that's a scooter.
