I like buying my shampoos and hair products from here, they give heaps of samples and give really good personalised advice for my needs at the time.

My experience at Rodney Wayne Glenfield is excellent. My hairdresser Ashley is great.

I brought a ghd from them in may this year and ive had to replace it twice because it has stopped working. Last week I went to the Glenfield store and told them I want my money back because it had stop working again. A lady I spoke to from Rodney Wayne store in Auckland city was so rude, they told me they don't deal with ghd's and told me to ring the ghd company. When I went to the Glenfield store they were so shocked about the service I got from the town store. They gave me my money back so I could buy the cloud straightener. They also gave me a spray heat protector for the poor service I got from the town store. The staff at the Glenfield store were so nice I would definitely go there again to get my hair cut
