Great range of home water heating options, last year our hot water tank broke and we decided to replace it with a Rheem. The new hot water tank has been great and very reliable.

Big fat five stars from. These guys rescued us when we had major issues with our hot water boiler. Prompt service, reasonable prices (judging from a few quotes we received) and a boiler back in tip-top condition.

Super Disappointed.
Firstly with our Rheem Hot Water Cylinder. Our Plumber had no luck with them when querying it's failure at 5 year 5 month mark. Admittedly, this was just outside it's 5 year warranty period - but expectation was that these should last 10-15 years at least.
Second of all with appalling lack of response to my email to Rheem via their website initially 3 days ago and another yesterday morning (24 hrs at time of this review) stating that I was still awaiting reply.
Very poor all-round. Would expect better from long-standing Kiwi company.
