Decent selection of the essentials. Often stock is not displayed on shelves and you have to ask for it. Good team, mostly willing to assist and give you the right advice.

Their service and price is good. They always have what I need and if not happy to source it for me.

Nice location in a retail area this place has easy parking. They have the parts I am looking for and the staff instore are helpful if I have problem finding the right item.

Big store with plenty of parking (since it shares with Mitre 10). Pretty quiet on a school day and there seemed to be several staff so getting help wasn't a problem. Quick service and no queues!

The man at the counter helped me buy some new brake pads for my car, as I had no idea what I was looking for but was sent to find them. He was helpful and it reduced my time spent in the store too. They were pretty cheap and worked well with my car.
