I love staying here to celebrate special occasion in my family. I love how the rooms are kept really clean and tidy. Customer service is top notch. And the variety of food offered both at Breakfast buffet and Lunch are quite a lot.My son loves everything in this hotel especially the pool. Will always gonna be back here.

It was very clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating polite and the breakfast was excellent!

Stayed here during the Easter weekend, possibly the busiest weekend of the year, and was incredibly disappointed with the service (understaffed) and quality (window seals broken, draughty room, plug point not working). This is most definitely not a 5 star hotel. This was the second time that I have stayed there and I would like to think that the experience I had was the exception. To their credit, the hotel have been in touch to make amends.

Average 5 star hotel accommodation in Central Auckland. You could expect a 5 star service in this establishment MINUS a SMILE. Staff there are stingy/reluctantly smiled to visiting guests. In all occasion in house guest such as myself always the one who initiated the friendly gesture. Unsure would that caused by the hectic times while we stay over Christmas holiday season or it's just somethong that tells us the bad management of Pullman Hotel Auckland? I leave it to potential in house guest to decide!

My fave hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such wonderful staff and the best room service ever!
