Unfortunately i had a bad experience with the customer service, i wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Protecta Insurance have Given exceptional service with the claim regarding my car. I did got the full claim money back and special thanks to Stewart who helped me thought out the process and kept checking if I need some extra help with the car. It was the first experience but it was a good experience some people do their work with so much of care and understanding with difficult situations. Really recommend it for other people to experience.

My favourite one. I have been with them for so long and it's my Motorcycle that's insured with them. Had a claim too once and it took time but it was a smooth process. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
