My overall experience here was not always the best. I have gone in a few times but the end has always been the same. The staff are rude, always rush everything and are always blabbering in their own language . The staff told me to choose a colour and as I was looking at the colours she said for me to hurry up and if I’ve picked or not. I like my nails coffin shape and I always end up with having them shaped more of like a oval. I told the staff many times to make it narrow coffin . Sometimes the shaping is good sometimes it’s not. They get angry if You accidentally hit ur nails while they drying. Personally would not go back

It’s ok.. nails turned out alright, staff aren’t friendly and it’s rude speaking to others in another language while doing your nails

I WENT INTO SALON ON MONDAY THE 5TH AUGUST , GOT A FULL SET OF NAILS WITH BLUE TIPS. BUY WEDNESDAY THE FIRST NAIL HAD BROKEN IN HALF AND SINCE THAN EVERY DAY ONE HAS BROKEN.I AM TERRIBLY DISPPOINTED AS I PAID $55.00 FOR THESE.i WOULD LIKE TO COME IN ON SATURDAY THE 1OTH AND GET A REDONE OF THESE.

They have two stores in the mall but I prefer to go to the one across cotton on. Great service and prices. They usually do a great job. Nice and clean.

The staff did a great job and I walked away happy. Just wish they would speak in English more, always feel like they are talking about the customers in their language.
