I love how good my nails get done there I usually go onve a week if not once every two weeks and have been for the last 2 years but the service is just getting worse and worse! They dont try making coversations and if they do speak they talk their own language to eachother which is very rude! The last time i went there (3 weeks ago) the lady that did my nails pulled her phone out twice while doing my nails then a third time when I went to wash my hands (she still sat there on it when I got back) if it was important she could have excused herself and said it was important. I now get my nails else where and pay a extra $5 for what i usually get but its worth it, ive been to the new place once and they were already calling me by my name, nice music, comfortable chairs, speak good english and dont talk in their language which I LOVE!!

All the girls dont make any effort to talk to their client when doing their nails., when having a pedicure they chat to each other in their own language completly ignoring you., i have tried to make conversation, but they are not interested ,, this is not a good business practise in N.Z., and also considered very rude.

Not the best job here shop very busy and noisy spot in the mall. Dont think i will go here again

Lovely ladies but the quality isn't always great. I've had gel nails done here twice and the second time around, the gel polish started cracking / coming off within a week.

Lovely ladies, great job but nails were still wet when left shop and they smudged :(
