Plumber was awesome, the customer service with admin is absolutely disgusting. I was told by admin that I would not be charged a call out fee as this was the plumbers second go at fixing a leak in my house, i was however invoiced for the call out fee. When I rang and queried the price the admin agreed that i should not be invoiced for the call out fee and lowered the price to the parts used for the fix, however she did not send me an updated invoice. The next day I was called and told that because an updated invoice wasn't sent out I had to pay full price, after explaining the situation i was told: "if you cant afford to hire a plumber you shouldn't be ringing us". The second woman i spoke was incredibly rude and aggressive. The invoice was eventually lowered but was no where near what the first admin had promised. Safe to say I will not be using this company again.
