Friendly staff help me with what I needed great value for some but not all

Have to agree with the other reviewers. I can't figure out how this place has not been shut down. They have zero knowledge and don't seem to care about animal wellbeing. The store is a mess. Do not shop here and don't support them.

Stay away!!! No management to take responsibility. Took an aquarium light unit into the store to show the sales person for a replacement. Turns out that he sold me the wrong size despite looking at my old unit. Took it back to him 30mins later and he could not sell me what I required. But he refused to refund despite making the mistake. No manager to complain to and his boss does not show up so no way of escalating and no solution. Just a light unit too small for my tank
