      I've been going to Peake Pilates in Takapuna for around 2 years now. Pilates has really turned my life around - I now have amazing core strength, as well as much stronger arms and legs. My posture has improved, and I feel great after a session here. You get pushed but in a good way - you'll never do anything that you can't manage. Some of the instructors are physiotherapists as well, so if you have an injury they'll make sure you're doing the right kind of exercise to facilitate recovery. I rate them highly.
