Great customer service . I gave them a job to do and they managed to get it completed in a couple of days. Where the timeframes was a week. They are a professional service in how they treat the customer and in the product they offer.

The quality is good, mostly very good, but the pricing does not seem fair at all. I've just paid $103.5 for two 35mm films developed, scanned and uploaded to a Dropbox-like cloud. The scanned images came in 2 Megapixels size (1818 × 1228), which is ridiculously small. At the end of the email conversation, I was informed that 'Our Manager will be in touch with you next week'. It has been more than a week now, no manager has contacted me.
