Their online shop is good but 3 stars because of a laptop purchase. Ordered and paid for a new laptop to be collected from their Queen St store. When we opened it up at home, there were dirty marks and the laptop was extremely loud. It was very likely a used and refurbished model. If we had wanted an old one, we would have purchased a used, cheaper model. We paid for a new one and got an old laptop. Too bad we didn't realise we could take it back so it's too late now.

Most of popular electronic devices and parts are available in the shops. If the model cannot be found here, it's probably not available anywhere in Auckland. Even if some of them are parallel imported, there is at least a choice. On the downside is the price tag - it's mostly more expensive here.
