      Good prices, better than most shops. Good customer service also. I bought a product, went to give it back without using it (the same day) and they refund me without any issues. Another good thing is that if you need tech support, they check your computer and give you a quotation for free. The only downside is that the store is really small and they don't have much availability of products.

      Their online shop is good but 3 stars because of a laptop purchase. Ordered and paid for a new laptop to be collected from their Queen St store. When we opened it up at home, there were dirty marks and the laptop was extremely loud. It was very likely a used and refurbished model. If we had wanted an old one, we would have purchased a used, cheaper model. We paid for a new one and got an old laptop. Too bad we didn't realise we could take it back so it's too late now.
