      helpful staff here, they have heaps of knowledge for someone coming in and didnt know anything. They were able to find the item i described but gave me some advice about install as well. highly recommend

      Slightly odd location on the first floor of a office/residential building. Products are pretty much always in stock. Staff can be cold at times. I certainly don't visit here for the customer service.

      Good prices, better than most shops. Good customer service also. I bought a product, went to give it back without using it (the same day) and they refund me without any issues. Another good thing is that if you need tech support, they check your computer and give you a quotation for free. The only downside is that the store is really small and they don't have much availability of products.
