The best place to get your computer in town. Staff are knowledgeable and can answer most of your questions. You can also check if stock is in store before you go! Very handy.

Wicked range of computer and sound products. They have the best selection and it's great having it right in the city.

Don't know which store does the Web orders or online feedbacks and price matches. I emailed them about Spigen product for Mate 10 being cheaper with another different branded store and I got a reply from PB Tech that they will match it. Wasn't expecting yes but am happy. They created a quite for me to buy online and pay and sort out rest too. Good job and another good example of best rate offered.

Unlike the other PB Tech stores, I didn't have a very good experience with this one, which is a shame. I brought something from there store, and when I went to return it because it wasn't what was advertised, they tried to tell me that I was wrong and they wouldn't do a return for me, but I did eventually end up getting my money back. Although I didn't have a good experience with this store, the other stores are very good and have amazing staff.

In such a small shop inside the University of Auckland's Information Commons building, they have such a wide range of stock and staffs are willing to help.
