      Mixed feelings about this place. I placed an order from OPSM and was told that I would receive a phone call in about 2 weeks time, one month went by and I hadn't received a call so I rung them up - turns out the lady hadn't even put my order in the system. I received no apology but my order did come in quite fast after my second call. It's a shame that the customer service from the front of house is lacking as Anna is a fantastic optometrist. Hope to see this improve

      Anna Maitland is amazing! Enthusiastic, motivated and finally got the answer to my vision problems after a year of going forward and backwards between optician and hospital. Highly recommend!
