I really wanted to like my experience here, but it left me disappointed.

My first appointment for a contacts trial was 30 mins late, however the optometrist was nice so I let it go. A enthusiastic sales rep processed my payment and told me I needed a follow up appointment, so we made an appointment for the following week.

The week comes around and I show up for my appointment to be told there was no appointment made. The same, once intensely friendly and enthusiastic guy looks me up in the system and shows me that my account has no future appointments.

He offered no apologies, no options with what I can do, and sat very quietly without making any eye contact.

I will not be back.
