Excellent place. The optometrist was approachable and explained things thoroughly. The dispensing techs were helpful and have good advice. They are also more than happy to fix and clean your glasses later.

Fantastic service from start to finish - my optometrist was extremely patient and helpful. I couldn't decide on frames that day so went back and had another amazing lady who gave me her full attention and helped me find a pair of frames that I love. They have payment plans, a quick turn around for the lenses to be ordered and made me feel like a person not just another number!

The optician is great, really friendly, approachable and willing to give useful advice. The ladies working in the shop front are also great. They give helpful, personalised advice, and do not force you into buying the more expensive frames. The only thing is that it would have been nice to know what all the additional extras cost eg transition lenses, so that I did not have a massive surprise at the cashier!
