Onehunga Painters

Got this painter around to do the bathroom in October 2013. It then only took 3 weeks for the ceiling paint to start flaking off. Rang him 4 times to hear all sort of excuses finally turned up to look at his work but nothing ever done. Last time talked to him over the phone and he even said "the paint was good when he left"!!!! I can't believe my hard earn four hundred odd dollars gone down the drain so easily every time I look up the ever deteriorating ceiling..what should I do now
