Status in website says shipped but it was not delivered yet until 1.5 weeks later, horrid experience. Had to buy retail from another nearby store and had a much better customer service than the stuffy Queen st. Store. Box packaging was messy and was open already when it was handed to me (red flag). Customer service email was slow and patronizing. Had been a loyal customer for 2 years now but this was a wake up call. Never again.
