      Nice lunch at St Lukes Muffin Break. I ate a Chicken Filo with chilli sauce it was filled with rice which wasn't mentioned but still was very very nice. My lunch partner had the Chicken and cranberry Panini with a cold drink from the frigde, I enjoyed a hot decaf flat white. Very busy as was lunch time but our table was clean and free wifi always a bonus.
