I would just like to warn everyone about a company called "Mr Clean". I used them to clean my house when I moved out and they turned up two hours late, verbally abused me over the phone, took 5 hours to clean the house, sent one cleaner instead of the three they promised, missed cleaning areas then refused to accept any responsibility for their actions and would not give me any refund. I had to pay another cleaning company to come in and clean again!!

Booked Mr Ckean for a chimney sweep. Contacted me 3hrs after they should have been there saying they couldn't come that day. Arranged to come the folllowing week on my next available day. Turned up the next day as I was going out and were unhappy I wouldn't let them in to sweep despite me telling them it didn't suit and asking them to come back on the planned appt day.
Planned appt day comes, no one turns up and no contact.
Totally unreliable.
