      We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a complete nightmare. The room smelt damp and musty. Accessibility to the rooms are no disability friendly. The pool and spa was out of service. A large dinner gathering in the restaurant erupted into a drunken fist fight which led onto drunken hotel customers and drunken pokey machine players become rowdy and abusive in the hallways and communal areas. A complete disaster. To top it all off our car was scratched and dented on the front passengers side. We do not recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in cheap accommodation in South Auckland. Thumbs down!
