Mitre 10 MEGA

LOVE this Mitre10. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. Have been doing some painting and garden stuff on my own and I can always count on them to give good advice. I go there at times just because I have not been in a while - not because I need anything. But then I see something I "need" :D

With Mitre10 Mega, Bunnings and Placemakers within easy walking distance of each other in New Lynn, I've spent the last few months sampling them all for various household renovation projects. Overall, Mitre10 best meets my needs simply because of the staff. They are eager to please, sometimes a little over-eager, but their product knowledge is always helpful and I find their advice trustworthy. I've saved money AND done a better job by following their advice.

excellent service, had an issue with my electric lawn mover batteries , but Mitre10 replaced it even though battery was out of warry..apartently batteries have one year warrnaty an lawn mover had 2 year..didnt make sense to me so i spoke to manager at Mitre10 and they promptly replaced our battery free of cost

I was very impressed with the staff at Mitre10 Mega as they were very helpfull with helping me find the item i wanted to purchase and as i hadn't been to that paticular store since they opened the store. It was very well set out and very friendly staff.

Staff are always super helpful here, the store is laid out nicely and well lit. Better range than Bunnings.
