An enormous disappointment!!! In a nutshell, very poor communication, very bad reporting and no reactivity – unless you threaten to leave them.
At the very beginning, they underestimated the amount of work needed to transfer our website. As a result, it took much longer than planned to complete the job. And once done, we found quite a few problems. It took ages and tens of emails to fix the issues.
As a general way of working, they prefer not to answer to our e-mails and when they finally fix things, they don't even let you know... you just find it by yourself!
When we entrusted them with the SEO, they said that they could get us to the page 1 in nine months. It didn’t happen. They then asked for three more months ... still didn't happen! Again, zero communication about the results (or lack of, I should say) or suggestions about possible improvements of the website.
Then they launched an Adwords campaign on our behalf, which was not successful at all. I never got a phone call to explain what could be the problem or to suggest changes in the strategy.
Like I said: an enormous disappointment, with a lot of money wasted, and lot of stress and frustration too.
