The Maidment theatre at Auckland University is an awesome theatre to visit a must see play or drama. The theatre has brilliant acoustics for musicals and seating is great matter where you’re sat. Highly recommended!

Oh how I miss coming to the Maidment! I saw many plays and shows here, including Sweeney Todd and Romeo and Juliet. These were all fantastic times. The staff were really nice and the prices were never extortionate, thank goodness - don't want to break the bank! The seating was very easy to follow and the ushers were helpful if you ever had accessibility needs.
