Dishonest company. I had SHR treatment in four areas, however it was unsuccessful. As a professional they would have known after 6 sessions if the results I was getting was not going to be comparable to other patients. They sold me on another round of treatments promising that it just needed more time; again this was unsuccessful. They originally did provide me a good resolution, confirmed in writing, that I was satisfied with. However although I have followed up with them weekly; 10 weeks later they still have not actioned this. I find it disrespectful to make promises if you aren't going to follow through. Disappointing experience all round.
