The owner named Gordon is an awful, awful human. Avoid at all costs. Poor businessman and employer. I don't know how the clinic has survived as long as it has, maybe head office are propping him up but h he's a disaster.

Inconsistent staff!! Very poor results from pigmentation treatment!!! Infact zero result.
The owner Gordon needs to step up his game and ensure his team are, infact a “team” Not sure if Gordon should step down and let someone else do his job.

Happy with the advice and service I got from the staff. They appear very professional, friendly and helpful. Sometimes the level of heat / laser I got from staff varies from person to person. Only thing that I would suggest is to have flexibility around remaining services that customer pre paid. There is no refund and non transferrable, basically if you are pregnant halfway through the treatment, you just have to burn the remaining sessions. They do extend it up to a year but you can't do it while you're breastfeeding anyway...
