Went their for my blood test and staff are very good.Explained me the process and I was happy there was no waiting time

Arrived and had to wait for 10 minutes to drop off a sample as no one at the counter to greet me :( Sorry but you need more staff waiting. Other than that a great place and nice and clean.

Walk in, take number, give blood, walk out in less then maybe 3 minutes. Really great service.

Great staff in the Papakura branch. Even gave me helpful advice about other labtests close by that are open later if need be. Always very good staff, clean premises. The new system of taking a coded card is great for me as a young person but for the elderly I noticed it was quite difficult.

The staff are excellent. They are skilled and make the experience much less daunting and painful. They are also very efficient. Environment is clean and tidy and very pleasant.
