very skilful staff. I don't really like needles because of previous experience but they made as less painful for me. I don't know how they did it but it worked.

Can be long queues - especially on the weekend. However the patients scanning in now is much smoother than before, and the staff are usually pretty helpful

good service & professional staff. no one is at the reception you often have to press the bell for someone to come out and attend to u.

Services and skills vary at different branches. Love how they have the scanned cards for registration and e-copy of request is now accepted (so I don’t need to carry a piece of paper and it is more environmental friendly.) I seldom see their staff smile but should be expected too much when they are so busy serving us.
