good service & professional staff. no one is at the reception you often have to press the bell for someone to come out and attend to u.

Great staff in the Papakura branch. Even gave me helpful advice about other labtests close by that are open later if need be. Always very good staff, clean premises. The new system of taking a coded card is great for me as a young person but for the elderly I noticed it was quite difficult.

Handy location for early morning fasting bloods. Has not been as busy as other lab tests I've been to. Quick service and clean facility.

Can be long queues - especially on the weekend. However the patients scanning in now is much smoother than before, and the staff are usually pretty helpful
