I am not good with needles and get very stressed out about having blood taken. The staff were professional and kind and very good at what they do.

Very quick service and did great job in making it easy and comfortable for a child.

Services and skills vary at different branches. Love how they have the scanned cards for registration and e-copy of request is now accepted (so I don’t need to carry a piece of paper and it is more environmental friendly.) I seldom see their staff smile but should be expected too much when they are so busy serving us.

Great once you get seen but often quite a big wait. Its best to be there really early
