      I was trying to find a place for someone who is homeless & has a district nurse come to see him for 40 mins tops, the guy automatically thought he was of mental health, which he was wrong about. The nurse only ever sees him during the day to give antibiotics. The guy just says: " Sorry I cant help you." & he just hung up. Rude customer service.
