My mum always comes here for her work car service and personal vehicle services too. She’s always had positive experience. I decided to try with a wof and service. They were fast, efficient answered all my questions and concerns. Communication was very good. $120 for a service is very reasonable. It is right next to my sons school and 10 minute walk to my house. Location convenient to me.

Don't waste your time, not only are they a rip off, but they waste your time, I called prior to my visit, asking for a tail light LENSE / COVER and was quoted a price which was fine. Got there only to find out that the owner had "thought" I said "Light Bulb" so the quoted price was a lot less than what the price turned out to be. After waiting 15mins for someone to come from their break, they look at my car and say they can book me in tomorrow because my car boot is jammed and I will need to take to whoever Jammed it???????? this is after I had traveled to their yard because the owner said it could be done that day. So I left and said I need it done today so i'm going elsewhere, he then says and I quote "Don't go anywhere else they will only charge you more than what i'm charging" BTW he quoted - $130 - $180, guess what? I got this exact same service from Pitt stop, who even fixed my boot without sending me elsewhere or re booking AND they even dropped me off to work and dropped my car off when it was done, all for $120. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this rubbish dump zzz wasn't the first time i've been let down by these guys but it sure as hell will be the last.
