Excellent store that has plenty of high quality instruments on offer. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help without forcing you to buy the expensive items.

I am a busy music teacher and I referred a beginner student to KBB to hire a keyboard. I am very sorry I did and I will not be referring further families. The family originally went to KBB North Shore, where they were told hire keyboards were out of stock, and were sent to your branch. After paying for the keyboard hire, they asked store staff to test the keyboard worked. Staff refused. The family took the keyboard home and it didn't work. They then phoned your store, upon which it was found there was a missing component. The family asked the store to courier the component, and the store refused. They now have to take the keyboard back to the store. While I understand items have faults from time to time, the lazy and unhelpful attitude of staff in this instance earns you one star.

Very helpful staff. Had an issue with an instrument and the staff fixed it within a couple of minutes for no charge. Friendly staff
