Great quality clothes, the prices are very high though, not worth purchasing at all unless it's on sale.

Lots of good hiking gear available. Found some real bargains. Very very helpful staff.

I have been to this store few times and I always found it understaffed. I was looking for hiking shoes and had to wait for quite a while to get help. Also while buying the shoes I asked them about the return policy. I was told that I can return them within the certain amount of days if I change my mind. However, once I decided to return it, I found out that they can only exchange it for another product. If I knew that at the very beginning, I would have thought about it better.
Also, I find their business hours way too short. I had to go there during my lunch break at work because after I finish work they are already closed.
On the other hand, the staff is quite friendly and it usually has good deals on items.
