Kate McLean Home Care provides care for elderly, convalescing, palliative and post-operative clients, in Auckland, New Zealand. Our compassionate, professional carers give assistance from 3 hours to 24 hour care with personal care, household tasks such as cooking meals, shopping, and doctors or hospital visits right up to paliative care, enabling our clients to stay in their own home. Care arrangements can vary from scheduled visits daily, weekly, overnight and 24-hour care. Kate McLean Home Care offers in-home care for those people who wish to remain in their own home but need some level of assistance in day-to-day living. Your tailored care arrangement can include daily visits, and over-night or 24-hour care and can adjust as your needs change over time. We believe continuity of care is important, so each carer is matched to the needs of the individual client and you will be cared for by the same person whenever possible.
