My waterblaster stopped working and I had it tested at commercial cleaners in Henderson to see if it was worth to get it repaired. I did not know NZ had a Karcher centre. After getting to know that we have this I’d decided to call them. As is purchased with airNZ AirPoint dollars I did not think insurance would be considered. I was blown away how professional Karcher is dealing with their clients. All I needed to do is to let them know the date of purchase and if the motor was indeed faulty they would “come to the party”.
Today I’d received the call that the waterblaster would be replaced by a new one.
It was promised to be couriered out to me today.
