      Good range of equipment to use and classes to join. Always someone floating around to help you if you get stuck with something. Awesome being open all the time as even if you are having trouble sleeping you can go in for a session. Establishment is nice and clean along with the changing room facilities

      I like signing up here for pre season training for league as they have all the equipment i need and they have many gyms around so there isn't really an excuse for me to miss a good hard training
