Nice and open planned gym, can get very busy at time the equipment here is so new and unto date unlike some gyms i have been to and the staff are always there to help you and give you pointers

Very good and lovely place to come for a workout. Always very clean and well laid out. the staffer very helpful and i like the deals they offer on membership.

Good price and great staff, but wish there was better parking and cleaner toilets!

A very nice gym to go to, to work at your own pace, do your own set routine and not be interrupted or disturbed in any kind of manner. Good value and pricing for what they offer. Lacks classes but you can pay extra if you want them. If you know what you need to do and know what you want, this is the company to be with
