Handy location and huge workout space. At first glance it looks small but once you turn the corner it's an expansive gym with all the usual equipment.
Late evenings are the best time to go. Wouldn't recommend going between 4-6pm on weekdays as it fills up with workers in the central city as they finish for the day.

Convenient location if you work in the city. I will often go after work to let the traffic die down before catching the bus home. It's a big location with the areas all broken up. Took me a bit of getting used to as the machines are kind of dotted all over the place but it's great as it means there is no backlog of people in certain areas. The cardio section is quite separate right out the front too which is cool.
